Ag Pharma Agencies is located in Annai Indira Nagar. We’ve been based in this area for a good while now. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s not as frantic as the city center can be. Our building is a plain one, nothing that really stands out from the road. We use most of the space for storage and sorting. Since we are an agency, we have a lot of boxes coming in from the big manufacturers and then going back out to the local shops and clinics. The floor is usually covered with packing tape and bubble wrap by the middle of the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with drivers and making sure the delivery routes are planned out properly. It’s a lot of logistics. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a place for guests to sit. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of counting stock or loading a van. The weather can make things tough sometimes, especially when it’s very humid, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We have a small team, and we all know what needs to be done without being told every five minutes. It’s a steady rhythm that we've found. We’ve built up some good relationships with the local clinics over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a quiet life in Annai Indira Nagar, and that really suits us just fine.
