It's a quiet neighborhood mostly, which helps people focus on their work without too much noise from the main roads. We’ve got the basic facilities sorted out. It’s not fancy, but it works for what we do. If you are walking down towards the colony, you’ll find us easily enough. We spend a lot of time just making sure the daily schedule runs right. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is here. Most of us grew up nearby, so we know the people and the way things work in Thiruvaiyaru. We don't spend much on big signs or loud ads. Most people find out about us by word of mouth or just seeing the building when they pass by. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork and the training sessions right from this spot. It feels like a small community here, honestly. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
