Navigator Exim

Navigator Exim is located at No. 16/304 in Arulananda Nagar, specifically on the 3rd Cross. It is a quiet enough street most of the time, which helps when we need to concentrate on all the export-import paperwork. The office is pretty basic with just enough chairs and tables for the team. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. Our day usually starts with checking the emails that came in overnight from different time zones. Since we are on the 3rd Cross, we don't get as much traffic noise as the main road, but you can still hear the neighbors and the local vendors going by. We spend a lot of our time making sure every detail is right on the shipping manifests. It’s easy to make a mistake if you aren't paying attention, so we try to keep the distractions low. We have a small corner for files that seems to grow every month. It’s just how this business works. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a shipment, and we’ll just order some food and keep at it. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the trade and work out of Arulananda Nagar to keep things flowing. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience and many phone calls throughout the day to various ports and agents.
