We are located in the Swami Vivekanand Arcade, which is part of the Vishal Housing Complex in Kalyan East. Our unit is B-002, down in the basement area. Rizwan Naik is the one who mostly looks after the day-to-day operations here. We do a lot of general trading and supplying various goods to other businesses. The arcade is a very lively place with all sorts of shops, so there’s always people milling about. It can be quite a struggle to find a parking spot during the middle of the day. Our office is small and packed with samples and files. We’ve found that being in the basement helps keep the temperature down during the hot months, which we definitely appreciate. We don't have a big polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our paperwork and talk to our customers. Most of our business is done through direct talk and repeat customers who have known us for years. We aren't big on using corporate jargon. We just tell people what we have in stock and how much it costs. It’s a very honest way to work. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and catch up on the news. It’s a tight-knit environment here in the arcade, and we’re glad to be a part of it.
