Bayer Business Services

Our office for Bayer Business Services is located over in Thane East. Being in Mumbai, or specifically just on the edge in Thane, means the commute is a big part of the day for everyone here. We aren't in one of those new glass towers that look like they belong in a movie. The building is just a regular place where people come to work. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people chatting about projects. We handle the back-end stuff, the things that keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a lot of data, a lot of spreadsheets, and making sure the numbers add up. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when things get busy towards the end of the month. We have our coffee mugs on our desks and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. Thane East has its own vibe, a bit more settled than the frantic pace of south Mumbai. We like it here because it feels real. There’s no pressure to act like we’re in a high-stakes board room. We just do the business services work that needs doing. Sometimes the trains are late, and we start a bit behind, but we always catch up. It’s a practical workspace for practical people who just want to get the job done right without any extra flash or unnecessary noise.
