You can find Xcellent Lite Llp over in Ambernath. We are located at Survey No.62, inside the Shree Ganesh Compound No.2 in Pawarpada. It’s a bit of a drive out there, and the roads in Chikhloli can be pretty bumpy. The compound has a lot of different businesses, so there are always trucks moving in and out. It’s a large industrial-style space. We deal with lighting and related stuff. The ceiling is high and it gets quite hot in the summer months. There’s always the sound of metal clanging or boxes being shifted. We don't have a fancy entrance; you just walk in past the gate. The office part is just a small partitioned area with a couple of desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend most of our time out on the floor checking things. It’s dusty work and by the end of the day, we are all ready to head home. The water cooler is the most popular spot in the place. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows what they have to do. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We wear boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. There’s a lot of focus on getting the orders packed and ready for the transport guys who show up late in the afternoon.
