Our place is located in Shalini Niwas, which is part of the Mahatma Phule Colony. We are quite close to the Guru Nanak High School in Ulhasnagar. It's in the Kalyan area, postcode 421004. The colony is always buzzing with people, especially when the school lets out in the afternoon. You can hear the kids and the rickshaws all the time. We aren't in a big IT park; we are right there in the middle of a residential colony. It makes the work feel a bit more grounded, I think. People around here call the area Virkroili sometimes, though the address says Ulhasnagar. We have a small office setup inside Shalini Niwas. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have everyone in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend our days mostly on the computers and the phones. There's a small shop nearby that sells good vada pav, so that's where we usually end up during our break time. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't really have a big sign or anything, just a small one by the gate. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it gets a bit muddy when it rains. It’s just a normal neighborhood office where we try to keep things moving. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors don't mind us. We try to stay quiet and do our bit. It works out well.
