Wish You Inb Pharmaceutical Private Limited is tucked away in Tukaram Plaza. We are in unit D/104, right near Samarth Nagar in the Adiwali area. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but the building is sturdy. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of files on almost every flat surface and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic things you’ve ever seen. We don’t really care about having a polished look. Our focus is just on the pharmaceutical work that needs doing. We spend a lot of time double-checking batch numbers and making sure the transport schedules are on track. The plaza can get a little hectic during the day with all the different businesses going about their work. Parking is a constant struggle for the delivery vans, so we spend a fair bit of time looking out the window to coordinate things. We aren't a big team, just a handful of people who have known each other for years. We share snacks and complain about the weather like anyone else. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families. It’s a simple, honest setup that works for us and our suppliers in the area. We just keep things moving along as best as we can.
