Our company, Wise Ideas Advisors And Consultantsprivate Limited, is located at C/69 in the Shiv CHS. This is part of the Korpi Colony or Kopri area in Thane East. It is an older part of the city, and the building has that lived-in feel you only get with cooperative housing societies. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with a water feature. It’s just us in a small room with our laptops and a printer that sometimes jams. We chose this location because it is convenient for us and close to where we live. Most days are pretty routine. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep our files organized, which is harder than it sounds. People come to us when they need a bit of guidance on their projects or business ideas. We call it Wise Ideas, but really it is just about using common sense and our experience to help out. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to impress people with big words. If we don't know something, we say so and then go find the answer. The neighborhood around Kopri is quite tight-knit. We see the same shopkeepers every day when we go out for lunch. It’s a humble setup, but it suits us perfectly. We prefer the direct approach to business, focusing on the work rather than how the office looks to outsiders. It is just a practical way to run things.
