Welcometech Inc. is tucked away in Room Number 5 of Shailesh Niwas Chawl. If you know Mumbra, you know it's a tight-knit area. We are behind Santoshi Apartment, right near the Shankar Mandir and just across from the church. It is a lively spot with a lot going on. People are always moving around the chawl. Our space isn't big, but it works for us. We've been here in Thane for some time now. You can hear the sounds of the street from inside. It’s real and it’s loud sometimes, but we like it. We aren't some big company with a glass tower. We are just here in Mumbra doing our daily tasks. The office is simple. We have the basics and that’s enough to get the job done. Sometimes it gets hot, so we keep the fans going. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows your name. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Welcometech Inc. is just a small part of this neighborhood. We see the same faces every day. It’s a practical way to live and work. Thane has its own rhythm, and we are just a small beat in it. We stay busy and we stay grounded. That's the way it is for us. We just show up and do what we need to do. It is a very normal place with very normal people working hard every single day.
