We have been operating out of the Omkar Building for quite a while now. You can find us at number 7, right on Station Road in Kulgaon-Badlapur. It’s a busy area, especially with the Atithi Hotel nearby, so there is always something going on outside our door. Vilas Kasar And Associates is basically a group of us who handle the technical side of things in Thane. We deal with a lot of paperwork and planning that most people find a bit boring, but it’s what we do. The office isn't anything fancy. It's got some desks, a lot of files, and a few chairs for when people drop by to talk about their projects. We’ve seen Badlapur change over the years as more buildings go up. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we like being part of the local community. We don't spend money on big ads or try to sound like a multinational company because we aren't one. We are just local people who know the rules and the land around here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and things get a bit hectic, but we manage. If you need to find us, just head down Station Road. We’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just working through the piles of folders on our desks. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be done, which seems to work out for everyone.
