Vijayalaxmi Nimbalkar

Vijayalaxmi Nimbalkar is located in the Neelkanthdhara Society in Kalyan West. We’re in building D-2, room 102. It’s right near the Reliance Tower on Adharwadi Road. It’s a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Kalyan is growing fast, and there’s always construction and new people moving in around Lalchouki. Our office is basically a converted space in the society, so it feels very much like a home. We don’t have any slick marketing or a big sales team. It’s just us here, making sure everything runs smoothly every day. The atmosphere is relaxed but we stay busy. You’ll usually find us sitting around the main table sorting out the day’s tasks. There’s no dress code or formal rules, just a mutual understanding that the work needs to be finished. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is just part of the routine. We like being in a residential area because it keeps us grounded. We know our neighbors and the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a community. We aren't some big faceless company from the city center. We are just local people working hard to keep things going in our own little corner of Thane. It's a practical way to live and work, and it suits us just fine.
