This branch of Vedanta Resources Plc is located at 35/6 Ghod Bunder Road, specifically in the Kasarvadavali area of Thane. Being on Ghod Bunder Road means we are right in the thick of the Mumbai traffic and noise. It’s a very busy part of town. The office is functional and pretty basic. We have a lot of people coming in and out because it’s a major hub. It’s not a quiet place. You can always hear the horns and the construction going on nearby. Inside, we just have the usual office stuff—clunky computers, stacks of folders, and a few potted plants that someone forgets to water. It’s not a high-end corporate suite; it’s a place where people actually work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly just calendars and a few reminders about deadlines. The staff here is a mix of people from all over Mumbai and Thane. We talk about the commute a lot because it’s a struggle for everyone. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the heat. We just focus on the logistics and the administrative side of things. The building itself has seen better days, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. We’ve got a small area where we keep our files and another corner for the water cooler. We don't mind the chaos too much. It feels real.
