Vastu Creation

We are over in Parsik Nagar, Kalwa. The office is actually in an apartment building called Arvind Apartment, Room 307. It’s on the Old Mumbai Pune Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Parsik Bank head branch. Being in an apartment instead of a shopfront makes it a bit quieter, which is nice for getting work done. Vastu Creation is basically just a few of us in this space. We have some drafting tables and a few chairs for visitors. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around. The view from the window isn't much, just the street and the bank, but it lets in some light. We usually have the fan going all day because it gets stuffy on the third floor. There is no lift, or sometimes it doesn't work, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs. We've been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a very residential vibe. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the bank. Our work involves a lot of sitting and planning. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay focused. It’s a simple life here in Kalwa. We just try to do our work well and get home to our families in the evening.
