We have our office in the Evershine Moon building, which is part of Thakur Village in Kandivali East. It’s a familiar spot for us, and we’ve been working out of here as Valuesutra Business Consulting for a good while. The space isn't very large, but it fits our small group just fine. We have a few desks pushed together and some shelves that are usually overflowing with folders and old notebooks. We aren't the most organized people when it comes to the little things, but we always know where the important stuff is kept. Working in consulting means we spend a lot of our day talking to clients or looking at spreadsheets. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a lobby with a fountain or a fancy coffee machine. We just use a regular kettle and bring our own lunch from home most days. Sometimes we walk around the neighborhood during our break just to get some fresh air. Thakur Village has changed a lot since we first started, but we’re still here doing the same kind of work. We don’t try to act like we’re some big global company. We’re just a local business helping other people with their own business problems. It’s a straightforward life, and we’re quite happy with how things are going in our corner of Mumbai. We plan to stick around here for as long as we can keep helping out.
