You can find us in Dombivali, specifically at Flat No. 10/2 in the Om Snehchandra Apartment building. We are located on Veer Savarkar Road, which is almost always crowded with people and traffic. If you have ever been to Dombivali, you know exactly what I mean about the noise and the energy of the place. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It is a small apartment that we have turned into our workspace. We have desks set up in the main room and we use the other space for storage and records. It is a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to go through, but it works for us. We like being in a residential building because it feels more personal. You get to know the security guards and the people living in the other flats. We start our day early to try and beat some of the morning rush, though that is easier said than done in this part of town. There is not any fancy lobby or a big sign for Urmed Pharmaceutical outside. We just have our name on the door like everyone else. Most of our business is handled over the phone or through the mail, so we do not really need a big storefront. We just focus on keeping everything organized and making sure our work gets done. It is a busy life in a busy city.
