At URBANBRICK ENTERPRISES LLP, we operate out of Thane West. Our office is number 17 on the 1st floor of Shreeji Arcade. If you’re familiar with the area, we’re right opposite the Nitin Co. on Almeida Road in Panchpakhadi. It’s a very recognizable spot in Thane. The arcade has a lot of different shops and offices, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic. Being in the 400602 area puts us in a good position for the brick business. We aren't a huge operation, but we stay busy with the local building projects. The office itself is quite simple, just enough room for our desks and a place to sit. Almeida Road can get quite noisy with all the cars, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this building for some time and it feels like home. We don't bother with marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just handle the bricks and the logistics from this little corner of Thane. Sometimes people drop by to talk about their construction needs, and we just sit and chat. It’s an honest way to work. Panchpakhadi is a nice neighborhood, and having the office here makes it easy to get around to different sites. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day in and day out, from our first-floor spot.
