Our place is at Plot Number 101 in the Janta Market area of Turbhe. If you know where Ramesh Bar is, we are right opposite that. It’s a busy corner and there is always something going on. Being in the earthmoving business means we are used to dealing with heavy parts and big machines. The shop floor is usually covered in a bit of grease and iron filings, which is just part of the job. Universal Earthmoving Services isn't about fancy displays. We have the parts people need for their loaders and excavators, and we know how to find things that are hard to get. The market is a noisy place, with trucks constantly reversing and people shouting orders, but we like the energy. We start our day early, usually with a cup of tea while we look over the list of things that need to be shipped out. Most of our customers are contractors or mechanics who don't have time for small talk, they just want their parts so they can get back to work. We try to be quick and honest about what we have in stock. When the monsoon hits, the yard gets a bit muddy, but we keep moving regardless. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who understand how these machines work and what it takes to keep them moving on a construction site. We’ve been here long enough to see the whole neighborhood grow up around us.
