Pranav Construction Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. A-32 on Road No. 12, Wagle Indl. Estate, which is where we do all our work. It's a standard industrial plot. We’ve got a workshop area and a small section for the office. Most of the time, the noise from the machines is pretty loud, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The roads in Wagle Estate can be a bit rough, but it’s a good place for a business like ours. We work with construction gear, so there is always some heavy lifting going on. We have a small crew. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just wear our work boots and get to it. The office is usually a mess of blueprints and invoices. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep moving. It’s a very grounded way to work. People know us in this part of the estate. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the equipment ready on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We’re just regular people working out of a shed in Thane, really. We try to be fair and just do our jobs without any fuss.
