You can find Tvara Multiventures LLP at Puranik City in Kasarvadavali. We are in the Darwin building, flat 701 on the F-3 side. It’s out in Thane, towards the edge of the city. We deal with various ventures. It’s a bit of this and a bit of that. We didn't want to get stuck doing just one thing, so we kept it broad. The office is basically just where we keep our laptops and files. It’s a decent place to work from. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at cafes. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s very informal here. We use simple English and don't try to impress anyone with big titles. If we can help with a project, we do. If we can't, we say so. We value our time and other people’s time too. Kasarvadavali has grown a lot lately. There’s a lot more traffic than there used to be, but it’s still a good place to be based. We aren't looking to take over the world. We just want to run a solid business and keep our clients happy. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when things get busy. It is mostly about keeping multiple plates spinning at once, which keeps the work interesting and different every day.
