Our Thane office is tucked away in Wagale Estate. We’re actually working out of a space shared with Rajendra Pawar and Mahesh Torade. The address is 12/16 in Sant Dnyaneshwar Nagar. If you know Thane West, you know Wagale Estate is a huge hub for all sorts of small and big businesses. It’s always crowded and there’s a lot of noise from the nearby workshops. Toyo Engineering India Ltd has this small corner where we handle our engineering bits. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some old chairs. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a basic kettle. It’s a very practical environment. Most of us take the local train and then an auto to get here. It’s a long commute for some, but that’s just life in Mumbai and Thane. We don't put on airs about being a big company. We’re just folks trying to get the drawings and calculations right. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the work we do. We stay busy and mostly keep to ourselves. It’s a gritty, hardworking area, and we fit right in with the rest of the businesses in the estate.
