Tilate Importers is located in the Orion Business Park, right off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. It’s a busy spot, which is good for an import business like ours. We spend our time bringing in various goods that people around here need. We aren't some massive multinational; we’re just a local company that knows the ins and outs of the import process. The office in Kapurbawdi is where we keep track of all our shipments coming in. There is always a lot of coordination involved, from dealing with the docks to getting things delivered to our customers. We don't go in for flashy advertising or big corporate speeches. We just focus on the practical side of the job. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we’ve got a good system down now. We’ve been at this for a few years and we’ve learned that being honest and direct is the best way to run things. People appreciate that we don't try to overcomplicate the process. We are just a group of people working hard to make sure the supply chain stays moving. If you come by the business park, you’ll find us busy with invoices and phone calls. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know how to do well. We just keep at it, day after day, because we like what we do here and it keeps us busy.
