Thoughtwavez Consultants Llp is based in Thakurli, at the Shri Mangalmurti Complex. We are in office 404, which is near Omkar Banglow in the Balaji Nagar area of Cholegaon. Thakurli is a bit further out for some people, but it’s where we live and work, so it suits us just fine. The complex is a mix of residential and small offices, so there’s always a bit of domestic life going on around us, like the sound of kids playing or someone cooking. We are consultants, but we don't act like the ones you see on TV in fancy suits. We are much more low-key. We spend our hours thinking through problems and talking to our clients about how to fix things in their businesses. The office is quite cozy. We have some books, our laptops, and a small table for meetings. It’s a long commute for some of our visitors, so we always make sure to have some water and tea ready for them. We’ve been part of the Balaji Nagar community for a while now and we like the pace of life here. It allows us to actually think without all the noise of South Mumbai or the suburbs. We don’t have any marketing people or salespeople. We just do the work, and usually, people find us when they need a bit of extra help thinking through a project.
