Thinkpod Hr Solutions Private Limited is right in the middle of the Nerul Railway Station Complex. You can find us at Shop No. C-216 on the second floor. Being in the station complex means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. It is Navi Mumbai, so that is expected. The 400706 area is always busy. Our office is a small shop space. It has got enough room for our desks and a place for people to sit when they visit for meetings. It is not a polished corporate suite. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because it gets quite hot in Mumbai City. We are on the second floor, so you have to walk up or take the stairs past all the other shops. We handle HR work but we do it in a very down-to-earth way. There is no big mission statement on the wall, just some calendars and maybe a few old notes taped up. We hear the trains coming and going all day long. It becomes like background music after a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just need a place to work and this shop in Nerul East works for us. It is a very practical spot. We keep things simple and just focus on the people we talk to and the papers we file.
