Gcm Ventures Private Limited is located in Thane West. We are in the Siddhachal Vi building, which is part of the Vasant Vihar area. It’s a nice enough spot, right by the Brt site, so it’s easy for people to find us. We’re up on the sixth floor in unit 3A/602. Thane has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and shops, but our little corner feels familiar. The office isn’t huge. We’ve got a couple of cabins and a main area where the rest of us sit. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent handling different venture projects, which means lots of phone calls and emails. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they talk. As long as the work gets done, we’re happy. There’s usually some music playing quietly in the background to help us concentrate. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. It’s a straightforward environment without any of that corporate jargon you hear elsewhere. We are just a local team in Thane doing our bit every day in this busy city.
