Nerul is a busy part of Navi Mumbai. We operate out of Room 301 in Sector 4. It’s not a big corporate office, just a practical space where we handle our pharmaceutical work. The building is on Plot 21. Most days start with checking the mail and seeing what orders need to be processed. It gets pretty humid here, so we usually have the windows shut and the fans going full speed. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, and my desk is usually covered in folders. We’ve been here for a while and know the local area well. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up walking up the stairs, which is quite a workout. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. The traffic outside in Nerul can get really loud during the evening rush hour. We try to finish up our tasks before it gets too late. It’s just a normal, everyday job for us. We handle the logistics and the supply side of things. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through boxes or typing away at the old computers. We don't use fancy slogans. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the medicine supplies are moving to where they need to go. It’s simple, honest work in a busy neighborhood.
