Symonee Floor Carpet Pvt. Ltd. is based in a place called Patpedhi. It’s a simple setup we have here, mostly dedicated to keeping our carpet stock and samples in one place. We don't have a grand entrance or a polished office. It’s more of a functional room where we spend our time checking through different materials and talking to people about what they need. There are rolls of carpet leaning against the walls and swatches scattered across the main table. It can feel a bit cluttered at times, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The building itself is older and has its own little quirks, like the door that sticks a bit when it’s humid. We aren't a big company with lots of different departments. It’s just us doing the work, day in and day out. We don't have any high-level mission or fancy slogans to share. We just look at the floorings, handle the orders, and make sure things get delivered. It’s a quiet way to run a business. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. People who come by are usually looking for something specific, and we just show them what we’ve got available in the shop. It’s a very basic, honest way of working and it seems to suit us just fine here in Patpedhi. We just stay busy with the work.
