Solitaire H. R. Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is located in Thane West, inside the Sun Flower Tower. We are up on the fourth floor, in room 401. The building is part of the Parvati Bhuvan area, which is a fairly well-known spot around here. We spend our days dealing with human resources stuff, which mostly means talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need help finding staff. It’s a lot of interviewing and going through stacks of resumes that never seem to get any smaller. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs and desks where we sit and make calls. Thane West is always bustling, and the area around Sun Flower Tower is no exception. We see a lot of different people coming through our doors every week. Some are nervous about their interviews, others are just dropping off paperwork. We don't have a big corporate vibe here; it's more of a relaxed atmosphere where we just try to get the matching done right. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up during our breaks. We’ve been at this for a while now, and though the work can be repetitive, it’s interesting to see who walks in next. It’s just a small team of us working in this office, trying to keep up with the demands of the local job market. It's nothing fancy, just a regular day in the office for us.
