Sutherland Global Services Ltd

Working at Sutherland Global Services Ltd is a bit of a whirlwind most of the time. There are always people moving around and phones ringing. It’s the kind of place where you know exactly what your day looks like before you even step inside. We’ve got a lot of different departments, but we all end up in the same break area eventually. You see the same faces every morning at the entrance. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of coordinating and making sure things don't fall through the cracks. We deal with stuff from all over, which is interesting I guess, but mostly it's just staying on top of the emails and tickets. Some of us have been here since the early days when things were a bit quieter. Now it’s much busier. The desks are always covered in sticky notes and old coffee mugs that should have been washed days ago. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, that usually goes out the window for a bit. It’s just how it is here. No one acts like they’re better than anyone else. We’re all just trying to get the job done and make it to the weekend without too much trouble. It’s a decent place to be. The people make it okay even when the work piles up high. That’s pretty much us. Just Sutherland and the people who keep it running every single day.
