You can find us at Achievers Media Pvt. Ltd, located at 002, Shrijidham Chs in Kharegaon, Kalwa. We are right there in Thane, which is a pretty crowded but lively place to be. Our office is on the ground floor, so we see people walking by the windows all day long. It’s a media company, but don’t expect anything like those big movie studios. We are a small team and we spend most of our time at our computers. We do a lot of planning for different media projects, which involves a lot of phone calls and emails. The office is a bit tight on space, so we have to be organized or we wouldn't be able to move. We’ve got a few old desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. In the afternoons, someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone from the local stall nearby. It’s a nice break from the screen. We don't have a big HR department or fancy policies; we just talk to each other if there’s a problem. We focus on getting the work done for our clients without making a big fuss about it. Being in Kalwa means we are close to the station, which helps with the commute. It’s a practical setup for a group of people who just want to work hard and go home.
