You can find Surbhi Life Care Hospital in the Thakur Complex over in Kandivili East. We are actually inside the Shiv Sagar Apartment building, specifically in Flat No. 101 and 102. It’s a bit different because we are part of a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like those huge, cold hospitals in the city. It’s much more of a neighborhood place. We have converted the space to handle medical care for the people living nearby. Since we are in an apartment building, it’s a bit more personal. We see the same neighbors every day. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical medical facility where we take care of patients. Sometimes it’s a challenge to manage everything in a smaller space like this, but we’ve made it work for a long time. The atmosphere is generally quiet except for the usual sounds of the apartment complex around us. People in Kandivili East know they can just walk over if they need help. We don’t have any big slogans or missions. We just show up, open the doors, and help the people who come to us. It’s a small, honest operation that serves the local families in the complex and the surrounding streets.
