We are over in Wagle Estate, which is a big commercial hub in Thane. Our office is 404 in the Lodha Supremus 1 building. It’s on Plot F/04 and F4/1 along Road No 22. This area is much more business-oriented than a lot of other parts of the city. There are many companies around us, so the energy is quite high during the day. Springoaks Stratgis Advisors Llp is the name on our door. We work as advisors, helping people with their business strategies. The building is modern and has all the standard facilities like elevators and parking, which is helpful. Even though it's a newer building, we try to keep our actual office feeling like a regular workspace. We aren't into the whole corporate look. We just have our desks, our files, and our coffee machine. Wagle Estate can get very congested, especially on Road 22, but once you’re inside Lodha Supremus, it’s actually quite quiet. We spend a lot of time analyzing numbers and looking at market trends. It’s quiet, focused work that takes up most of our day. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. It’s a good location for what we do because it’s easy to meet other business owners in the area. We’ve been here for a bit and it works for our needs. Just a straightforward advisory firm in a busy part of Thane. That's us.
