Our office is over at the Mbc Center, right on Ghodbunder Road. If you know where Cine Wonder Mall is in Kapurbawadi, we are just opposite that. Spectrum Networks Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we figure out how to keep people connected. We deal with servers, wires, and all the networking bits that most people don’t want to think about. It’s a busy road outside, and the mall across the street brings in a lot of traffic, but inside it’s mostly just us and the hum of the hardware. We aren't a giant call center. We are just a local team that knows our way around a rack of servers. Sometimes the air conditioning in the server room is the only thing keeping us sane when it’s hot out. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon if we can help it. If your network is down, we just want to get it back up. We’ve been at this location for a good while and have seen the whole Kapurbawadi area change quite a bit. It’s a solid place to work. We try to be helpful and honest about what can and can't be done. Most days are just spent monitoring systems and answering the phone when something goes sideways. It’s a living, and we take pride in doing it well without making a big fuss. If we have to crawl under a desk to fix a cable, we just do it. That’s just part of the job.
