We’ve been operating out of Shantivan Co-op Chawl for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Katemanivali here in Kalyan East. Most people know the area by the chawls. Our office is in Chawl Number 1. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We handle business consulting, but it's mostly about sitting down and looking at what needs to be fixed. Usually, there’s a lot of noise outside from the street, but we’re used to it. The team is small. We started this because we saw how many small businesses around here were struggling with paperwork and planning. It’s hard to keep everything straight when you're busy running a shop or a small factory. So we step in. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and we talk. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's a very local way of working. People from around Katemanivali drop by often. We try to keep things simple. No big words or complicated charts if they aren't needed. Dealing with government rules or business filing can be a headache for anyone. We just spend our hours going through documents and making sure things are lined up right for our clients. It’s a steady job. Kalyan East is changing fast, but our corner feels pretty much the same as it always has. We like being part of this neighborhood.
