If you drive down the Thane Belapur Road, you can’t really miss the Kalwa Works. It’s a massive site, and we’ve been operating out of here for a long time. It feels like a small city inside those gates sometimes. We do a lot of heavy engineering and manufacturing work. There’s always something moving, whether it’s parts for power grids or big industrial motors. It isn't the quietest place to work, but that’s just how it goes with industrial production. Most of the staff have been here for years, and we’ve seen the whole area change around us. Thane used to be very different back then. Now, it's all built up. We focus on getting the technical details right on the factory floor. It’s a lot of metal, wires, and testing stations. We aren't really into the flashy corporate stuff you see in brochures; we’re more about the actual building and assembling part. Some days are long, especially when there's a big project shipping out. We just keep our heads down and handle the manufacturing side of things. It's a lot of logistics too, getting supplies in and out of the Kalwa gates. We have our daily routines, the shift changes, and the constant hum of machines in the background. It’s a solid place to work if you like seeing how big equipment gets made from scratch. We just try to get the jobs done right every single day.
