We are located over at B-25/102 in Loknagri, which is in the Ambernath East area near Kalyan. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Mumbai city, but we like it here. Our office isn’t anything big or flashy, just a regular space where we handle all the IT stuff that comes our way. Mostly, we deal with computer repairs, software installs, and troubleshooting for people around the neighborhood. It gets pretty busy during the week with people dropping off their laptops or calling about their internet being down. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The building is easy to find once you get into Loknagri. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but that’s just how it is in this part of the world. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most days involve a lot of coffee and staring at screens trying to figure out why a system isn't booting up right. People around here know they can just come by if they have a tech problem. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to be some giant tech hub, just a local shop doing the work that needs doing every day. It is a bit loud sometimes when the trains go by nearby, but you get used to that after a week or two of working here.
