Shyam Polymers

Shyam Polymers is located over in Bhayander East at the Sai Udyog Industrial Estate No 2. We are in Gala No 3, which is part of the Panchal Nagar area. It’s a proper industrial setting with lots of noise and machines running all day long. We work with various types of polymers and plastic materials here. The factory floor is usually covered in raw materials and finished products ready to be shipped out. I started this unit because there was a high demand for these parts in the local market. We aren't a giant corporation, just a hardworking team making sure the quality is decent enough for our clients. The heat from the machines can be a bit much in the summer, but that’s just part of the job. We spend most of our time checking the molds and ensuring the dimensions are right. Our neighbors in the estate are also doing similar manufacturing work, so there's a good sense of camaraderie. We don't have a fancy reception area; visitors usually just walk straight into the workspace. It’s dusty and loud, but it’s where the real work happens. Most of our orders come from nearby businesses who have been with us for years. We just focus on meeting the deadlines and keeping the machines maintained. It's a tough business but it keeps us going and provides for our families.
