Shekhar Vishnu

Shekhar Vishnu is based in Kalwa, specifically over at Saidatt Chawl. We are near the Pragati Mitra Mandal Ganpati Pada, which is a local landmark people use to find us. It’s right off Old Belapur Road in Thane. Being in a chawl means there is always something going on and it’s never really quiet. We’ve been here for years and we know most of the people on this road. It’s a humble setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city. We don’t have a website with a bunch of promises. We just go by the name Shekhar Vishnu and do our work every day. The area can be quite busy, especially during festival times when the Ganpati Pada gets crowded. But we like the energy of Kalwa. It’s a working-class neighborhood and we fit right in. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks at hand. There’s no need for fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk to people and get things sorted. If you walk down Old Belapur Road, you’ll find us eventually. It’s a practical way of living and working. We don’t overthink things much. We just show up and do what’s required. That is how it has always been for us here in Saidatt Chawl. We don't plan on changing our way of doing things anytime soon.
