Shalini Verma

We are based out in Uran, over at Navy Nagar in the Ganga-6 building. It’s a bit different from the main part of Navi Mumbai, feeling a bit more tucked away near the N.A.D. area. Shalini is usually the one you'll talk to if you call or stop by. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our files and the computer. It isn't much to look at, but it’s where all the work happens. Living and working in Uran has its own pace. It’s not as rushed as Mumbai, but we still stay plenty busy. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or work in the local industries. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big budget for decorations. We spent most of our money on getting the equipment we need to do the job right. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us. It’s a small, family-style operation where everyone knows everyone else. If you come by, don’t expect a waiting room with magazines. Just a chair and a quick chat about what you need. We keep things honest and we don't try to overcomplicate the simple stuff.
