You can find Seven Jim Ventures LLP over in Kingston Tower, specifically in rooms 303 and 304. We are right opposite the old Viva College in the Vasai area of Thane. It’s a pretty well-known spot because of the college, so it’s easy for people to find their way to us. Being on the third floor, we’re up away from the immediate street noise, which helps when we need to concentrate. The building has been there for a while and has that lived-in feel to it. We have two units joined together, which gives us a bit of extra space for our files and desks. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a glass elevator; it’s just a standard office block. We come in early, get the lights on, and start working through our list for the day. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, but that's just part of the routine. We have a lot of local businesses around us, so there is always something going on in the hallways. We don’t go in for anything fancy. Our setup is just plain desks and the usual office supplies. It’s a functional place where we can get our ventures moving without any distractions. It works for us and the people we deal with. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs in a familiar building. It gets the job done.
