Our team works out of Flat 1703 in the Florentina building, which is part of the Lodha Paradise complex in Majiwada, Thane. Being up on the seventeenth floor gives us a bit of a different perspective on the city, especially during the monsoon when the clouds are low. It’s a nice enough building, quite modern compared to some other parts of Thane, but inside, we just keep things functional. It’s a residential flat that we use as our main hub for Sap Corporate Consultants Llp. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a main living area where most of the work happens. It doesn't feel like a typical office because of the layout, which we actually prefer. We aren't big on cubicles or heavy doors. Most of the time, the atmosphere is just us working through our task lists and occasionally looking out the window when we need a break. The security at the gate is pretty strict, so guests always have to sign in, but that’s just how it is in these large complexes. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a routine. It’s a comfortable space that doesn't try too hard to be anything other than a place to get things done. We spend most of our time here, just ticking off the boxes and making sure everything is handled properly before we head home for the night. It's just a regular flat in a tall building.
