Our workshop is Shed No.1117 over in Village-Poman. It’s on Mahtre Marg, right near the Vasai Frozen Food place on the road between Vasai and Bhiwandi. It’s a busy road with lots of trucks going back and forth. Sanket Packseal is where we put together all kinds of packing and sealing machines. It’s a big shed, so there’s plenty of room for the metal frames and the assembly lines. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We aren’t interested in fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone here knows how to use a wrench or a welder if they have to. We spend most of our time making sure the seals are tight and the machines don't jam. It’s practical work. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still show up. We’ve got a lot of spare parts lying around because you never know when someone will need a quick fix. We don't have a marketing department; we just have our reputation around Vasai and Bhiwandi. People know where the shed is. We finish the day’s work, clean up the tools, and lock up the big sliding doors. It’s a solid way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it like this for a long time now. We just take it one machine at a time.
