We are located at Flat No.02 in Sector 42, Nerul. This is where S&R Dreams Consultancy And Advisory (Opc) Private Limited runs things. It's not a big fancy office, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Being in Thane, especially this part of Nerul, is quite convenient for us. We started this as an OPC because it's just one person running the show with a bit of help. Most of our days are spent at the desks here, looking over papers and talking to people about advisory matters. The building is quiet, which helps when you need to focus. Sometimes the weather gets a bit humid but the fan works fine. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just helping out with consultancy stuff when it's needed. Plot No. 06 is easy enough to find if you know the area. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. It’s a basic setup with a couple of chairs and a computer. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just honest work from a small flat. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live nearby. We keep things simple because that's how we like to work. There's always coffee in the kitchen if we need a break. That’s pretty much us, just a small local operation in Maharashtra.
