Diwa has changed a lot lately, but it still has that local feel where everyone is in a rush to catch the next train. Our shop isn't very large, but it is enough for a couple of desks and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. We spend our time helping people figure out their educational paths. It involves a lot of reading through forms and checking requirements. The complex can get quite busy in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work in Thane or Mumbai.
