Ross Design And Construction Services Private Limited operates out of a shop in Thane. We are at Shop No. 59A in the Akashganga Housing Complex. It’s a local spot, and being in a housing complex means we are right there with the community. Our shop isn't some massive design firm headquarters; it’s a modest space where we keep our tools, blueprints, and computers. People in the complex know us, and we often have neighbors or clients dropping by just to check in on things. Thane is a busy place, and working out of Akashganga gives us a bit of a local feel that you don't get in a big office park. We do both design and construction, so there's usually a mix of muddy boots and architectural drawings around the office. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we make it work. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just take on construction jobs and try to design things that actually work for people. Most of our time is spent on-site or at our desks in the shop figuring out dimensions. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way because it keeps us close to the work.
