People often miss the turn for Chandrakant Niwas if they aren't looking closely. We are right there on New Ayre Road, not too far from the Raj Ganga apartments. It's a busy enough spot here in Dombivli East, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing around. Our space is up on the second floor, at number 12. You have to walk up the stairs which can be a bit of a workout if you're doing it several times a day. Roheen Creations has been at this Thane address for some time now. The building has that typical local feel to it, and sometimes the hallway gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up from the main road. Most of our day is spent inside handling things, though we step out for tea at the corner shop quite often. The pin code is 421201, just in case someone is trying to mail us something. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where we get our work done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to the station and easy for people to find once they know the landmark. There is usually some laundry hanging from the balconies nearby, and that’s just how the neighborhood is.
