Cavim Hospitality

Cavim Hospitality operates out of Flat No. 2 in the Shivam building. We’re located inside the Mukand Residential Colony, which is right off Belapur Road in Thane West. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based in a residential colony near the Mukand Company, but it works well for us. We handle various hospitality services from this small office. It’s mostly just sitting at the desks, making calls to suppliers, and organizing staff schedules for different events or venues we look after. Because we’re in a colony, it stays relatively quiet, which is a nice change from the traffic on Belapur Road. We don’t have a big storefront or a lobby. People usually come by only if they have an appointment or if they’re delivering supplies. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the team is small—just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the neighborhood well and usually grab lunch at the local spots nearby. Our work involves a lot of attention to detail, making sure the people we serve are taken care of, but we do all the behind-the-scenes stuff here. It’s a lot of paperwork and planning. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and a couple of computers. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps our overheads low, which is always a plus in a city like Mumbai.
