Our office is tucked away in Satra Properties over in Vashi. If you’ve ever been to Sector 19, you know it's a busy commercial hub. We are in unit 213, and it’s where we handle all the operations for Roel Importers. We’ve been here in Navi Mumbai for a while now. Dealing with imports isn't always easy, there's always some new regulation or a delay we have to figure out. Most of our time is spent talking to suppliers and trying to get things cleared through the ports. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our office is filled with stacks of documents and the sound of phones ringing. It’s practical and it works for us. Thane and Navi Mumbai are great for this kind of business because the infrastructure is right there. We just focus on getting the products in and making sure they get where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic in Vashi makes getting to the office a bit of a chore, but once we’re here, it’s all about the work. We’ve got a small crew and we all know what needs to be done. There’s no big hierarchy or anything, just people doing their jobs. We like the 400705 area because it’s convenient for our needs. We just keep our heads down and handle the trade as it comes in. It is a steady way to make a living.
