Robonik India is based in Thane West, tucked away in the Patil Wadi area within the Har Har Mahadev housing society. Being in a residential society means we have to keep things respectful and quiet for the neighbors. The office is at F-17. It is a decent spot, though finding a place to park in Panch Pakhadi can be a real headache during the day. We have been operating from here for a while now, and it works for us. We do a lot of technical work, so there are usually tools and electronic components scattered across the tables. It is not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We do not wear suits or follow any strict corporate rules. If someone wants to take a break and grab a snack from the corner stall, they just do it. We just make sure the work is finished by the end of the day. There are about ten of us here on a normal day. We do not have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people knowing who we are through our past work. It is a simple operation in a very busy part of Thane. We like being part of the local community here, even if it means dealing with the monsoon rains or the heavy traffic on the way to the office.
