We are situated in the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, which most people around here just call DAKC. Our specific office is in H Block on the first floor. It’s a massive campus along the Thane-Belapur Road in Kopar Khairane. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know it’s always packed with trucks and commuters heading toward Navi Mumbai. Getting into the gate takes a minute, but once you’re inside, it’s a whole different world. Our floor is always buzzing with people talking on headsets or working on servers. Reliance Communications is a big name, but our day-to-day is actually quite grounded. We mostly deal with the technical side of the network and making sure the lines stay open. The air conditioning is usually cranked up pretty high because of all the machines. It’s a lot of walking if you need to go from one block to another, so we usually just stay put in H Block. We have our little cafeteria nearby where everyone grabs coffee. It isn’t a place for fancy meetings; it’s more about keeping the connectivity going. The view from the first floor isn’t much, just some trees and other office buildings, but it’s a solid place to work. We’ve got a mix of young tech people and older staff who have been here since the place opened up. It’s just a busy, functional part of the city.
